Underground engineering surrounding rock control theory and methods; 110/N00 non-pillar self-forming roadway method; Mechanized construction equipment for rock anchoring; Real-time monitoring and intelligent sensing of rock masses.

4. Academic Achievement

Led 4 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, 2 sub-projects of the National Key Research and Development Program, and over 10 other significant national and provincial-level projects. Obtained more than 60 national invention patents and 3 international invention patents. Received 1 special prize at the provincial and ministerial level, 7 first prizes, and 4 second prizes. Published over 60 SCI/EI papers, authored 5 monographs, and contributed to 2 standards.
