1. Introduction

Dejian Li, Professor, PhD Supervisor, a council member of the Soft Rock Engineering and Disaster Control Division of the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering. He has led one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) General Project and participated as a key member in six major projects funded by NSFC, National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program), and the National Key Research and Development Program. As a project leader and technical director, he has conducted over 20 research projects in collaboration with institutions such as Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences. He has received one Special Prize and one First Prize for Science and Technology from provincial and ministerial-level awards (National Administration of Work Safety, Ministry of Education, and the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering), and three Second Prizes. He has published over 60 papers, with more than 40 indexed by SCI, EI, and ISTP. He holds one US patent, one Hong Kong patent, and 13 Chinese invention patents, along with one national software copyright. He has authored one monograph and one textbook.
